Retreats
In this retreat we will explore how the five spiritual faculties - faith, energy, wisdom, mindfulness and concentration - can support our spiritual journey. We aim to develop our internal strength and increase our ability to respond to challenges that prevent us from experiencing our full potential.
Our program will include meditation, Dhamma talks, chanting, mindful movement and interactive inquiry. This retreat will be held within the container of noble silence and will be beneficial for people of all backgrounds and levels of experience.
